Kate & Sparky play in the front yard, during a Day In The Life Session I made of my own family back in 2010. Now that this image is nearly 10 years old, it has even more meaning. Capturing moments like this with video and stills is exactly what this new line of family documentary videos are all about.

Hi friends, Happy New Year!

With the new year, I am expanding and launching an entirely new line — family documentary videos!

It’s for families that absolutely must have a real life documentary — a behind the scenes, in-the-moment — of their life at home and proving that there is art in the everyday.

This work is ENTIRELY unposed….and centers around a video set to an incredible soundtrack along with the a collection of still photographs.

It requires a commitment of time — at least a couple of hours — and the goal is to show families being together and capturing the sights, actions and sounds of where the kids are now.

In order to create a portfolio to show, I am going to offer three of these sessions complimentary to those who apply through the link below. (Travel within Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois is included for these sessions. I would be happy to consider families from outside this area, though travel expenses would have to be covered.)
